I just don't have zip. Between not being able to go back to sleep due to work stress and working too many hours, I am fried. And I need to be doing so much more.
Breakfast: Home peanut butter bread, coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Jimmy Johns vito, salt and vinegar chips, diet lemonade
Sigh.
Dinner: Dominos brooklyn pep sausage, later a small home shake
Double sigh.
Exercise: Nope.
