I dunno, I just had a feeling I was going to like the number on the scale this morning. I felt denser, if that makes sense, like some water had left without my really noticing. Leaner. Got rid of waste. All arrows pointing in the same direction. And the scale delivered for me. It was a good start to the day.
It also makes me believe that with just a little bit more discipline I can hit my intermediate big goal here sometime before the end of the year. If I had lots of discipline I could hit it in three months, but I'm cynical about my ability to accomplish such things nowadays and I'm pretty happy with how things are going without the need for any kind of suffering. I do think that if the drops continue I will become increasingly motivated in some kind of feedback loop. But for now, things are pretty good.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Soup, toast, cottage cheese
No reason to change what's working.
Dinner: Lentils, mixed nuts, 12 oz All Day IPA, SF choc pudding w unsweet coconut
Like I said.
Also: A cattleman's cut smoked sausage stick that I bought at Walmart. The only thing I ate that was different than yesterday!
Exercise: Nope. One area that's still very much lacking.
