Still thinking fondly of those mushrooms from yesterday ... and very happy that they didn't produce a spike on the scale. I didn't think they were sweet or anything, I just expect that anything that tastes that good must have some added ingredients that would spike the carb count.
Much more typical day for today, though I'm an hour late getting to lunch.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup. Three cup day.
Lunch: Soup, toast, Fage 5% plain greek yogurt
There was a sale on yogurt.
Dinner: Lentils, 12 oz All Day IPA, mixed nuts, SF chocolate pudding w unsweet coconut
Standard stuff.
Exercise: Nope.
