Very glad that Friday has arrived.
Managed a little more sleep volume last night, though I'm not sure it was the greatest quality-wise. At least it wasn't bad.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Lentils, toast, cheese
Out of soup. Need to make a batch this weekend.
Dinner: Onion burger, chips, fries w ketchup, 32 oz Mich Ultra, choc SF pudding w coconut
Excessive.
Exercise: 18 holes with cart. Nice warm day.
