... and I'm still surprised on a regular basis.

Today I was pleasantly surprised with a bit of a drop on the scale.  Didn't expect that, my daily guess was up 1.0 based on yesterday's food choices.  I got a decent amount of exercise but it wasn't anything crazy.  I ate a lot of calories and drank a TON of water last night.  It didn't feel like all that water left the premises either.  So put it all together and I anticipated a gain.

Bodies are weird.

On the plus side, I did have a small win last evening.  I didn't finish my frozen pizza.  I decided that I had had enough, so I didn't eat the last piece.  And I didn't save it.  I hate to waste food, it's been ingrained forever, but sometimes it's the right thing to do.  Of course it would be better to have not bought the darned thing in the first place, but okay.  Still a little win.   Oh, and I didn't have pudding either.

Breakfast:  veggie Pretzel Crisps, coffee

Cleanup.  Stupid junk food purchase for the week.  At least I most of them yesterday.

Lunch:  Lentils, ham 'sandwiches'


About a half portion of lentils, what I had left from today's batch after jarring.  As usual they're better after they've been frozen, thawed and reheated.  Oh well.  The 'sandwiches' were Egglife wraps with ham, cheese and mustard.  They were fine.  The wraps were a new thing for me, got them on sale so I figured why not.  

Dinner:  Home cheeseburger, chips, salad, 16 oz Mich Ultra


All good.

Also:  TB 2x chipotle chicken burritos, spicy potato taco

Exercise:  18 holes with cart, average walking
