Somewhat Starch Resistant

TGI(the other)S.  Off to a pretty solid start.  No major jump on the scale despite lots of starch yesterday, was happy to see that.  More weekend eating on tap for today, let's hope I continue to experience resistance to huge gains.

Breakfast:  Toast w butter, bacon, coffee


Cooked up expiring package of bacon and had some odds and ends of bread from the week and the loaf I made last night, so I had breakfast.

Lunch:  Ham, lentils, TCD style mashed potatoes


Cleanup of the ham, odd bit of lentils from yesterday and potatoes from this morning's batch.

Dinner:  Sausage strata, banana nut bread w/ butter, strawberries w a sprinkle of sugar, caramel pecan coffee cake, 16 oz Mich Ultra


All good.  Leftover strata for tomorrow too.

Also:  TB 2x chipotle ranch chicken burrito

Exercise:  18 holes with cart, quite a bit of walking
