Tied my 2013 low this morning. The scale has been inching down and it finally got there. Yay. And of course I ate way too much bad stuff this evening. Doh. Holiday weekend is underway.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Soup, toast, 2 slices swiss cheese
Yup.
Dinner: Onion burger, chips, fries w ketchup, 16 oz Mich Ultra, nice vanilla wafer cookies
DOH.
Exercise: 18 holes with cart. Some walking.
