Another day, little interest. So it goes.
Ate too late and too much dairy close to bedtime last night so it was a loud night for snoring. Need to avoid those things and get some more consistent exercise. Probably not today though, it's raining.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Soup, toast, cottage cheese
Standard stuff.
Dinner: Lentils, mixed nuts, 12 oz All Day IPA, choc SF pudding w unsweet coconut
It may be standard but it's good. That bowl of lentils was exquisite. Really enjoyed it.
Exercise: Nope. Needed all the sleep I could get.
