Add to yesterday's total some additional slices of bread and butter, I ate some chunks (and later slices) of the loaf I baked to use up the dough in my fridge. Also ate way too many nuts last evening. Dunno why I had the hunger but I did. I was happy not to be punished by the scale for my (semi-) gluttony.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Soup, toast, Fage 5% plain greek yogurt
Repeat.
Dinner: Lentils, 12 oz Yuengling, mixed nuts, cheesecake SF pudding w unsweet coconut
Got groceries tonight and they didn't have a single box of SF instant pudding, any flavor. Sheesh. Good thing I have a couple boxes in the pantry.
Exercise: Nope. Prospects of fixing the sleep schedule are not promising.
