Very glad that this is a holiday weekend. Felt like I got a few things done yesterday evening, even if they weren't things around my house or the office. It didn't hurt either that there was lots of physical activity involved, as I managed to out-exercise the bad eating. For the moment anyway.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: LC southwest breakfast casserole, coffee
Tried something new, it was very tasty. And I have leftovers!
Also: Chips and homemade fried pickle ranch dip
Since I had an early lunch -- it was quite brunchy -- I had to try a little of the dip I made this morning.
Dinner: Steak, chips, salad, garlic toast, 16 oz Mich Ultra, vanilla ice cream
Yup.
Exercise: 18 holes with cart
