Hey, how about that, we dodged the rain long enough to get in a round of golf. Rained last night, rain this afternoon, rain tonight. Just long enough.
Otherwise, a pretty standard Saturday. TGIS. No change on the scale this morning, was fine with that. Now I just need to hold it together despite eating some junk because it's the weekend.
Breakfast: 2 eggs over medium, hash browns, 3 strips bacon, raisin toast w homemade jam, coffee
Standard pre-golf breakfast out.
Lunch: Avo oil chips and onion dip, 12 oz Miller Lite
At least I picked up a little container of dip and the avo chip bag is a little smaller.
Dinner: Dominos thin sausage, onion, gr pepper, 12 oz Coors Light
Changed up the pizza toppings this week. Darned discount deal is still too enticing.
Exercise: 18 holes w cart, modest walking
