Golf season, eating season. Will be a calorific weekend. Speaking of which, I ate a bunch of lemon cookies last night in a meltdown moment. Evenings haven't been good lately. At least I didn't see a big gain on the scale this morning.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup
Lunch: Soup, toast, cottage cheese
Yup.
Dinner: French dip, chips, 16 oz Mich Ultra
Pretty good.
Also: TB 2x chipotle chicken burrito, chips and cheese, toast
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, not that much walking. Some though.
