Ahh, holiday weekend. So nice. And it's been an absolutely beautiful summer day, not too hot, not too humid, nice and sunny. 10/10 would enjoy again.
Paid a small price for yesterday's indulgences, but not too bad. It was interesting that I felt good during golf, had some extra pep. I think the weight loss is making a difference. Still too many bouts of fatigue but even occasional blips of pep are a nice thing.
Breakfast: 2 eggs over medium, hash browns, 3 strips bacon, raisin toast w homemade strawberry jam, coffee
Standard pre-golf meal out. Didn't take a photo, I'm sure I've shown it many times before. It wasn't their best effort, but it was still pretty good.
Lunch: 22 oz Miller Lite after golf. I don't usually track zero calories beverages but I had a gatorade zero on course and it was pretty decent.
Dinner: Taco salad, al pastor w extra avocado. Will have a Halo Top lime bar later.
Inhaled. Was hungry.
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, reasonable walking.
