Happy that it's a holiday but man, I'm pretty tired. Quick turnaround this morning after not much sleep. Nasty foot cramp at 4:00 am wasn't great either. Oh well.
Breakfast: 2 eggs over medium, hash browns, 3 strips bacon, raisin toast w homemade strawberry jam, coffee
Standard pre golf breakfast out, no photo
Lunch: 12 oz Miller Lite after golf. Had some Boulder Canyon avocado oil cooked cheddar and sour cream chips when I got home.
Dinner: Steak, tater tots w ketchup, salad w Primal Kitchen ranch, strawberry shortcake with vanilla ice cream
Ate way too much. Yikes.
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, a little over 11000 steps. Felt like more tbqh.
