Another day. Another data point that one meal of tacos, one meal of salad of some sort and a countable bit of exercise is a reliable way for someone really fat to drop a few pounds. Like I've said before, I wished I liked salad more than I do. I do wonder what they'd say if I asked them to hold half of the lettuce.
Not a great night for sleep, was awake way too late and the combination of not being super sleepy, phone and being amped up from watching the TdF made it difficult to nod off. I've been better lately about not doing tech in bed but last night was a step back. Didn't get enough sleep, snore score was up and I just didn't sleep great. May need to go back to using the mattress topper. I'm frustrated that I have not had much luck shifting my schedule the way that I want it, which would be sleeping 10-5 or 10-6.
Still pleased enough with how things are going. Under 50 to go to my low weight since starting this, well under 100 to my goal. Even the stretch goal, where I think I can be long term, is there in sight. Way off in the distance, but in sight.
Breakfast: Coffee
Not hungry.
Lunch: Home tacos
Slightly different than usual, just went with cojack cheese, sour cream and fire sauce. I said slightly and I meant slightly. All good. Was in a hurry so I didn't get out the jalas or the homemade hot sauce.
Dinner: Breakfast tacos, 4 strips thick cut Meijer bacon, 12 oz Miller Lite, 12 oz All Day IPA
Remembered that I bought a package of La Tortilla Factory low carb flour tortillas, so I used a couple of those. Bigger than expected size-wise! 2 eggs, scrambled with a splash of milk, diced ham, jalapenos, a single serving of hash browns, a sprinkle of cojack cheese, minced onion and hot sauce. Absolutely delicious. More food than I was planning on but that's OK. I thought the torts were going to be big enough to make a burrito, but I didn't buy that size. It's just a big ol' bag.
Exercise: Nope. Very very late this morning. Annoying.
