I didn't pay a price on the scale for yesterday's massive overindulgence. I'm sure it's coming, it just didn't happen yet. I did "enjoy" a particularly vicious leg and foot cramp in the middle of the night so it's not like I got off scot free. Oh well. I expect the scale will not be as kind tomorrow.
Breakfast: Coffee
No food required. Very tired this morning, slept in as late as I could. Felt fine once going.
Lunch: Home tacos
Standard and tasty. Pleasantly filling.
Dinner: Taco salad, 12 oz Miller Lite, a few Boulder Canyon cheddar sour cream avo oil chips
No tortilla chips with the salad this week, got extra salsa though. I was going to eat the chips as a snack before golf but wasn't hungry so I ate them later. Not a whole lot left, certainly less than an ounce.
Exercise: 9 holes with cart, not a whole lot of walking.
