Holiday weekend incoming. Kicked off with a well, not a bang, but more like a pop. Doughnuts at work today. Since I didn't pay for them I ate one.
Breakfast: 2 oz CF original jerky, coffee, sour cream doughnut
Wasn't planning on the doughnut, but there you go. A bit of a sugar rush but not too bad.
Lunch: Home tacos
Purely standard.
Dinner: Deluxe pizza, salad with Italian, 16 oz or so of Miller Lite, lime Halo Top bar
How about that, my appetite actually was kept nicely in check. Had two slices, a bit less than half of this 10 inch pie. Comfortably and lightly full, no bloat, no heaviness.
Exercise: 9 holes with cart, medium extra walking. Did wander around a bunch looking for balls to kills some time. Also went grocery shopping.
