Okay then.  I'm pretty pleased with how June went.  There were stumbles and quite a few of them.  Despite that, things have settled into a groove where I have a pretty good weekday eating routine.  At some point I will have to change and reduce what I eat but I'm sure the point of reckoning will be many pounds from now.  Fifty more could easily drop off.   Keep the eating in check and keep moving and I can see some more nice drops coming right up.

It looks like I'm only eight pounds above my low point from last year, which is another thing I'm happy about.  I promised myself something I want when I'm down another 40, so I have that to shoot for.  And if I get to my goal I'll have to come up with a major self-reward.  Don't know what that will be yet.  Of course to get to that goal I have to hit my lowest weight in a very, very long time.  Almost certainly more than 20 years.

Breakfast:  2 oz CF jerky, coffee


Standard.  New photo though.

Lunch:  Home tacos


Same, just with jalapenos today.

Dinner:  Qdoba brisket bowl, 12 oz All Day IPA, lime Halo Top bar



Standard again.  I got recognized today as a regular.

Exercise:  2 hours of house cleanout, plenty of stairs.   Shorter day but plenty intense.
