I really shouldn't hop on the scale daily, it's annoying to see increases even when they're small.  Then again, I should expect them when I go off track.  Even when it's nothing crazy.

More of the same today.  Late tee time so no breakfast out.  Chores, maybe some office time.

Interesting that I was vaguely hungry last nght before I went to bed.  I was satisfied after dinner, but was craving breakfast later.  It may be that I just wanted salt?  Dunno.  It wasn't anything I had any trouble ignoring.

Breakfast:  4 strips Smithfield thick cut cherrywood bacon, coffee


What I had left in the package.  All good.

Lunch:    Steak tacos w guac, sour cream and hot sauce, extra steak



Marinated an inexpensive sirloin I picked up at the store on Friday and grilled it up.  So delicious.  It was a test run for a piece of flank I bought from the farm - flank and skirt at the store were crazy expensive so I just got a sirloin.  I probably could have skipped the extra piece of steak (the whole thing was about 10 oz) but it was so good.  I'm now very full.

Dinner:  1/2 of a double cheeseburger, way too many fries w ketchup, 16 oz Mich Ultra, lime Halo Top bar.  I also had a Body Armor Lyte during golf.


Not too many great options at the course diet-wise, though their food is good.

There will be indulgences tomorrow as well due to the holiday.  Sigh.

Exercise:  18 holes with cart, followed by a spin through the grocery store.  Pedometer said 12500 steps (after 11k yesterday)
