Back to reality. I was glad I spent an hour picking up last night but it's still been a busy day. Got a little extra sleep, though I didn't need to hear someone set off an alarm at 2:30. Ugh. Scale was back down slightly, which was not really expected.
Didn't take the time to clear the system this morning, it wasn't ready. Have to wait until the spirit moves you, which it did mid-morning. Phew.
Anyway, back to it.
Breakfast: 2 slices pepper jack, coffee
Effective as usual.
Lunch: 3 eggs scrambled, leftover keto biscuit, leftover chorizo gravy, avocade
Tasty.
Dinner: French dip, 12 oz Miller Lite
Almost the last Tuesday night golf and dinner. Of note, FINALLY satiety from this meal.
Exercise: 9 holes with cart. I was very pleased to make it through the day with no knee pain! I was able to walk a few work-related blocks too.
