Labor day. Kind of fitting that I was laboring around a golf course. Between the knee/leg issues and just running out of gas the last hole or two it was work.
Small bump on the scale this morning. I have some disposing to do but did not have the time this morning to make it happen. Not concerned about the bump.
Anyway, nice to have the extra day. I should work this evening, we'll see if that happens.
Breakfast: 2 eggs over medium, hash browns, 3 strips bacon, raisin toast w jam, coffee
Different location, they really nailed it this morning. Also, they were running a breakfast buffet and after seeing the plate of the guy who walked in ahead of us it's a miracle they had food left. I didn't know you could stack food that high.
Lunch: A few cashews and a couple Gatorade Zeros.
Dry course.
Dinner: Qdoba brisket bowl
My burrito artist was in DGAF mode, so I got generous helpings of everything. I did remember to ask her to go easy on the rice. Still too carby too seed oily but tasty.
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, lots of walking. Pretty darned tired.
ETA: Okay, this is WEIRD. I've been fighting knee and leg pain for weeks. It's been present 100% of the time. It hurts. Today was tough on it, lots of walking. I just went to work for an hour to pick up my desk. On the way there, standard pain. On the way home, I walked from my car down the street to home and I HAD NO PAIN. Wait wut? I don't think for a second that it's solved, but it was nice to have a few minutes of no ache, no pain, no bother.
