Here We Go Again (and Again)

Bah.  Monday again and nothing good on the scale.  A recipe to get the week off on the wrong foot.

Nothing of note, really.  Felt like I ate okay yesterday.  Probably could have had one fewer brat, but I very much doubt that would have made a difference.  Also worked up a good sweat.  I'm only up fractionally, but after three days on the same number it's still annoying.  May be a hangover from too many carbs on Saturday.  May also be that I just need to eat less fat.

Anyway, life goes on.   Let's do this.

Breakfast:  2 slices Meijer sharp white cheddar, coffee

 


Again.

Lunch:  4 eggs scrambled with a little cream cheese, 5 strips CF black pepper garlic bacon

 


Solid.

Dinner:  3 mexican style tacos w avocado and jalapenos

 


Again.

Exercise:  Nope.  Need to get on this.
