One of those days. A day where I just don't know. I had a clean eating day yesterday, nice and low in carbs. A few here and there but under my goal easily. No exercise, but I wasn't a complete slug. And yet I get up this morning and everything is worse. Weight up more than a pound, bp up marginally, pulse back up. It wasn't from retaining water, I got up for the first time in a while during the night to take care of that. It just is. And that's frustrating.
Oh well. Nobody ever said it was going to be a linear process, but I do have hopes and expectations of a little better success. It may be that I need to eat less fat - that was never an issue previously with a lower carb diet, but it may that this time it is.
Breakfast: 2 slices sharp cheddar, coffee
Again.
Lunch: 3 eggs sunny with a sprinkle of cheddar, jalapenos, 4 Meijer sausage links
Okay.
Dinner: 2 tacos mexican style plus avocado and jalapenos, nonfat greek yogurt with frozen strawberries
So that's why I mostly go on discount day. About $10 for two tacos. Pleasantly surprised, though, at how satisfying they were.
Ok.
Exercise: Nope. Had ideas, did not do.
