Looking forward to a day off and getting some things done today. Happy Sunday. Slept in a bit but I'm pretty close to on schedule.
Scale was frozen, same weight for the third straight day. On one hand I'm not super upset as yesterday was not a great eating day, but on the other it's discouraging to be stuck and losing very slowly if at all. There is so much weight there to lose and I've scaled back the eating and improved the quality of what I do eat, plus I got ample exercise. It just feels like it should be coming off easier. I definitely won't be where I need to be before I leave on vacation in less than three weeks.
None of which changes what I need to do, we charge ahead. Frozen or not.
Breakfast: 2 slices Meijer sharp white cheddar, coffee
No fancy cheese this week, I didn't make it to the nice health food store before closing on Friday.
Lunch: Soup, 5 strips CF garlic pepper bacon, Fage 5% greek yogurt
I'm a little out of practice on the soup, forgot to buy crushed tomatoes and forgot to put in a bay leaf. Didn't matter, was still good. I've missed it. Bacon was 20 slices to the pound, yogurt was just out of date and found when cleaning out the fridge.
Dinner: 4 Johnsonville beef brats w mustard and dill relish, salad, 12 oz Miller Lite
Sunday dinners. I was quite hungry by mid-afternoon, but it was pleasantly not hard to ignore it.
Exercise: Nope, off day. Super active around the house though.
