Reversed It

All of yesterday's frustrations reversed.  All numbers good except pulse which was even higher, though still not in the zone of real concern.  It's just different.

Woke up briefly at 4:30 with leg and foot cramps, it's a challenge to stand when both legs and feet are cramping.  But it passed quickly and I got back to sleep without issue.  Which was good, I was up too late.  I'd like to go to bed by 9:00 but that doesn't often seem to happen.

Breakfast:  2 slices sharp cheddar, coffee

 


Again.  

Lunch:  3 eggs scrambled w peppers and onions, 4 Meijer sausage links

 


Again.  And okay again.

Dinner:  Keto bowl

 


Exercise:  Nope.  Golf tomorrow.
