Friday. Good.
Still dozy in the mornings after I manage to get in a walk. Not sure why, really, but I am. Maybe I can get a little extra sleep this weekend.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Soup and toast
Yup.
Dinner: Keto bowl with ground beef
I got the bigger size. Oops. Yuge. WAY too big. About 3 meals worth. Now I'm fat. Okay, fatter.
Exercise: Walk, 1.8 miles, about 42 minutes. Slower today. Had a whole lot of dontwanna this morning and really it's mostly the fact that it was a familiar route that got me through it. Never got loose, never felt good, no pep. But I made it. It wasn't painful or anything, just not enjoyable.
