February, that is.

Breakfast:  English muffin with 2 bob evans sausage patties, 2 slices american cheese, coffee

Lunch:  2 grilled cheese sandwiches, can of Progresso beef vegetable barley soup

Snack:  Pint of Hilhof dairy chocolate milk.  Yum.  Cheez It grooves

Dinner:  4 mexican style tacos with cheese.  Grape powerade.  Also, ice cream.

Exercise:  Nope.

Grade:   F.   Yeah I ate at home 2 out of 3 meals but do you see any veggies?  Not many.
