I've Been Short On The Words

It's been a busy time and I've been feeling most unmotivated.  Sluggish in the mornings.  I need to get in better shape, commit to losing a bunch of weight and sleep better.  Unfortunately some of the sleep stuff is largely out of my control, I may not truly sleep better until after I've made big strides with weight and walking.  Sigh.

Anyway, it's the weekend and I can maybe take a realistic look at things and try to fix my issues.  Somewhat anyway.  Eat at home.  Eat less.  Eat better.  Walk.  Easy game.

Breakfast:  2 eggs, bacon, hash browns.  Coffee.  Usual weekend game.  650 calories.

Lunch:  Leftover pepperoni bacon pizza

Snack:  Chips and onion dip

Dinner:  2 McDoubles.  lemonade.  Later had a few mint sandwich cookies.

Exercise:  Nope.

Total Calories:  Lots.
