Oh This Is Not So Good

Feeling weak and tired.  Doing things is a strain.  Am concerned.

Breakfast:  2 eggs over medium, 3 strips bacon, hash browns, 2 slices raisin toast, coffee.

Went out as I didn't have any hash browns on hand.  Lame justification.  I also hadn't done the dishes and it was already pushing 10:00.  Pathetic, but there you have it.

Lunch:  McDouble, small fries

Felt somewhat better by mid afternoon.  Needing more rest tonight though.

Dinner:  2 grilled cheese sandwiches, Campbell's homestyle savory chicken and brown rice soup

Also:  Some cheezit grooves, a glass of lemonade.  And for dessert, some ice cream.  Oh yeah and I had 2 chocolate frosted donuts with a glass of whole milk and some Little Debbie nutty bars.

Exercise:  Not really, walked around the grocery store, a bit of cleaning, etc.  See above.

Grade:  D-.  Only giving it a passing grade for eating a meal at home.  Otherwise it was complete fail.
