Happy February is half over day!

Breakfast:  2 eggs over medium, 4 strips thick Smithfield bacon, Alexia hash browns, small Simply Orange OJ, coffee.

Dunno why the yolks break.  It happens man.
Okay, I'm downgrading yesterday's breakfast, it was only a 9.4/10.  Today I got the bacon right, so it was at least a 9.6.  I suppose somehow it's possible to be better, but I have no idea how.  Yum.

Lunch:  Sous vide chicken breast, Knorr mexican rice, green beans

Now with BIG PILE OF RICE
Not bad.  Obviously I ate way too much rice, though I don't regret it since the leftovers filled my container perfectly.

Snack:   French bread with butter, swiss and american cheese, lemonade

Didn't have too many options.  Obviously I should not have snacked though.

Dinner:  Round steak w a little A1, Betty Crocker 4 cheese mashed potatoes, carrots, roll with butter, 12 oz Miller Lite, a small piece of red waldorf cake with vanilla ice cream

Exercise:  Went and walked around an exhibition for an hour or so, kinda counts.

Daily Grade:  D+.  Good breakfast and not awful lunch, bad snack, excessive dinner, mediocre at best exercise.
