Sigh.

Breakfast:  Donuts, a glass of whole milk

Brunch:  2 eggs, 4 strips bacon, hash browns, coffee

Lunch:  McD 2 cheeseburger meal with Hi-C

Dinner  Chop suey, roll with butter, green beans, a little mixed fruit, cake with ice cream

Also:  A few pretzels and a glass of lemonade

Exercise:  A couple hours of moving stuff

Grade:  D-.  Only because of decent movement, otherwise a complete FAIL.
