Phew.  Long week.

Breakfast:  Taco Bell sausage crunchwrap, coffee

Lunch:  Southwest chicken pot pie, side salad with ranch, coffee

Yum!

Dinner:  Jet's pizza and bread with sauce.

Blurp.  Way too much.

Exercise:  45 minutes all around.  Good workout.

Total calories:  Dunno, but lots.
