Maybe March will be better.

Breakfast:   Taco Bell sausage crunchwrap, coffee

Lunch:  Qdoba chicken bowl with chips

Dinner:  5 Guys cheeseburger and cajun fries.  Also a few chips and a glass of lemonade later

Exercise:  45 minutes shoulder and arm
