Taking The Fifth

Nah, this is actually what I ate.  Awful.

Breakfast:  Coffee.   And not much of it.

Lunch:  Qdoba chicken bowl with chips.

Dinner:  Pepperoni and bacon pizza.

Also:  A few potato chips.  Not many.

Exercise:  45 minutes arms shoulders core.  Good workout.

Total calories:  Dunno, probably 5,000.
