Yup.  Awful.

Breakfast:  Tim Hortons sausage egg cheese biscuit, timbits, coffee

Lunch:  Farmers breakfast, sausage links, raisin toast, coffee

Dinner:  Qdoba chicken bowl, chips.  Also potato chips, lemonade, mint Oreos.

Exercise:  45 minutes arms and core.  At least there was that.

Daily Grade:  F.  FAIL.
