Well there you go. Football season is over.
Breakfast: None. Slept in big time. Up way way way way way way too late.
Lunch: Breakfast garbage plate - potatoes, eggs, peppers, onion, ham, cheese, sausage gravy, crumbled biscuits. Coffee.
Too much. Stuffed.
Dinner: Sandwich, tortilla chips, strawberries and bananas, chips and onion dip, 12 oz All Day IPA, lemonade
Also: Glass of milk, mint sandwich cookies.
Exercise: Nope.
Total calories: Dunno.
