Feels Good Sorta Kinda

Worked out hard today.  Really felt it.  Too bad the eating sucked.

Breakfast:   Tim Hortons sausage biscuit, timbits, coffee

Lunch:  Qdoba chicken bowl with chips

Snack:  Small slice of pound cake

Dinner:  Corned beef and pastrami sandwich with cheese, chips and salsa con queso, limeade

Exercise:  45 minutes upper body.  Like I said, went hard.

Total calories:  Dunno. 6,000?
