I guess it could have been worse.  Maybe.

Breakfast:  2 McDonalds sausage mcmuffins.  Tim Hortons double chocolate donut.  Coffee.

Lunch:  McDonalds 2 cheeseburger meals with Hi C orange

Dinner:  Chips and salsa con queso, homemade french bread pizza.  A grape powerade.  A little limeade if I have some left.

Exercise:  Nope

Total Calories:  Not even guessing.
