Reconsideration Again

Decided last night that I am just not going to beat myself up for diet and exercise failures prior to April 15.  Sure, it would be nice if made some improvements.  But I really am hurting for time.  I managed to put in about 12 hours today and I feel a little better about things, but I'm still stressed about to the max.

I was surprised the scale was down despite the pizza dinner, but it won't be tomorrow. 

Breakfast:  McD sausage mcmuffins no egg, hash browns.  Coffee

Late breakfast.

Lunch:  Jimmy Johns #1, salt and vinegar chips, lite lemonade, brownie

Only because they deliver and I didn't have to leave my desk.

Dinner:  BK texas whopper, fries, coke

Burger was ok, fries sucked.

Exercise:  LOL no.
