Almost Ended

A long but mostly productive day.  Almost there.

And then I play catchup.  Relatedly, looking forward to fixing some diet things.  Yeesh.

Breakfast:  McD BEC biscuit, sausage mcmuffin, hash brown.  Coffee

Solid.

Lunch:  CFA spicy w pepper jack, strips w ranch, fries, coke

Excessive.

Dinner:  Sack of Taco Bell, pepsi, a couple donuts

VERY excessive.  Ugh.
