I have too much junk on hand. Need to finish cleaning up and get on track.
Breakfast: 2 slices pepper jack, coffee
Definitely a multi-cup morning.
Lunch: Wendys 2x single, a few chips, coke, a small bag of trail mix
Okay.
Dinner: Culvers mushroom swiss burger. Fries. Coke/DrPepper
Sigh.
And a few fudge grahams. At least those are gone.
Exercise: Nope, happy for a day off.
