I would go and get my knee checked out, but I already know that they wouldn't know what it is. I had this same thing, but worse, last summer after a day of overuse. Visited the urgent care ortho, got x-rays, got a shrug. Maybe arthritis. It'll go away. Eventually it did. The fact of the matter is that there are so many things going on with that knee that it'll never be right. Unless I have to have it replaced and I'd sure like to avoid that. Which means I need to be less fat.
Breakfast: 2 slices swiss cheese, coffee
Last of the swiss.
Lunch: Wendys 2x JBC, fries w ketchup, Dr. Pepper
Excessive
Dinner: French dip, 12 oz Miller Lite
And TB supreme box, pepsi
Exercise: 9 holes with cart, minimal walking for obv reasons. Went okay.
