Solace. I'll take some small amount in a few days of solid breakfast and lunch work. Now I just need to fix the evenings and exercise. And really get on a roll.
Very glad it's Friday, pretty out of gas.
Breakfast: 2 slices pepper jack cheese, donut, coffee
Forgot I had the donut, darned work.
Lunch: 4 eggs scrambled, 4 NR bacon sausage links
Again.
Dinner: Italian beef, fries, coke, coconut cookies
Sigh.
Exercise: Nope
