Legs Not RIght

Ugh.  It's hard to be active when your legs aren't right.

Is problem.

Breakfast:  2 slices pepper jack, coffee

Unusually I was actually hungry late morning, but not so much that it was annoying.  Just observed and went back to what I was doing without incident.

Lunch:  2x Wendys single, a few chips, coke

Not ideal.

Dinner:  Corned beef reuben, fries, 16 oz Labatt Blue.

 


Pre-show chow.  Late night 2x McD Double cheeseburgers, coke 

Exercise:  Nope
