... and flour and cheese and other stuff. Backs you up and retains the water. Ugh.
Last night was obviously not good. So we're trying again today.
Breakfast: 2 slices pepper jack cheese, coffee
Again.
Lunch: 4 eggs scrambled, 4 NR bacon sausage links
The bacon sausage is way better than the maple.
Dinner: BK Texas Whopper, fries, cheesy tots, Coke, a couple Oreos, avo oil chips
Struggling to get over the hump here, been HANGRY at dinner time.
Exercise: Nope.
