Off work today. Schedule screwed up.
Breakfast: McD sausage mcmuffin w egg, hash browns, coffee
I didn't order egg, I got egg.
Lunch: Hot dog w no bun, cheese, peppers, relish. Fritos. Pulled pork w bbq, pasta salad
Event food.
Dinner: BK texas whopper, mix, cokes
Too much mix.
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, not that much walking. Still wiped.
