Another week. Not ready for it but will do it anyway.
That's the joke.
Breakfast: 2 slices pepper jack, coffee
Again.
Lunch: Bacon, egg and cheese on english muffin
Again. And delicious again. Easy too.
Dinner: BK texas whopper, later some chips and onion dip
Audible, I had planned to get tacos but they were slammed.
Exercise: Nope. Pretty beat up after the weekend, hobbling around.
