Ugh, four and a half hours of sleep is not enough, not close. Tough day.
At least my legs feel okay, considering I did a lot of walking last evening.
Breakfast: 2 slices pepper jack, coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Italian beef, fries, coke
Uh.
Dinner: Dominos NY pep ham beef onion jala, parm bites, coke
Huh.
Exercise: Nope.
