Sigh. It's pretty frustrating to feel like this. Several times lately I just have a power outage. Start feeling like absolute crap. I eat some junk, I feel better. It needs to stop. I need to detox.
Breakfast: 2 slices pepper jack, coffee
Working well.
Lunch: Bacon egg cheese on english muffin, chips
Again. Excellent. Too many chips.
Dinner: French dip, 12 oz Miller Lite
Also TB supreme box, pepsi
Exercise: 9 holes with cart
