We've moved on to a new phase with the knee where it feels like it's kinda grinding. It's not pleasant. Also it's not stable so I have to watch it. I am moving very slowly. Doesn't help that I also feel like crap. Going to need to do some dietary intervention, probably starting Wednesday.
Breakfast: 3 slices swiss cheese, coffee
Grabbed an extra slice and just went with it.
Lunch: BK texas whopper, fries, cheesy tots, Dr. Pepper
Excessive.
Dinner: LC pep pizza, sauce, pepsi
Very excessive. And really not that good. And I didn't get much done going back to the office.
Exercise: Nope.
